Program Components
Initial Business Assessment: 60-90 Minute Conversation
On phone or in-person, you and I will have an in-depth discussion about you and your business. This initial Business Assessment is to clarify those areas that need to be addressed through our work together. What is your business history? What do you love about your business? What do you hate? How are your profits? What are you financial difficulties? What kind of clients do you like to work with?
Business Objectives and Goals
You and I will create at least 5 to 10 business objectives or goals that you would like to achieve in the next 6 months. Examples might include:
- Establishing a marketing plan which will gain you 5 to 10 new clients per month.
- Developing operational systems that will allow you to offload administrative tasks to staff members so you can focus on high-profit client tasks.
- Building financial plans which allow you to pay off your debt, provide operating cash flow for day-to-day operations, and grow your personal nest egg.
